Airswift is seeking an experienced Offshore Material Coordinator to support our client during the Hook?Up campaign of the Phase 2b Booster Compressor Module. This position plays a critical role in coordinating, managing, and tracking all construction materials and equipment offshore to ensure safe, timely, and efficient execution of the scope.


Key Responsibilities

Health, Safety & Environment

  • Perform all duties in line with company HSE policies, ensuring the safety and welfare of personnel, the protection of assets, and environmental stewardship.
  • Promote safe work practices across all material-handling activities offshore.

Teamwork & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Foster a collaborative working environment, aligned with company values and respect for diversity.
  • Maintain strong communication and coordination with:
    • Onshore Material Coordinators
    • Procurement & Logistics Lead
    • Operations M&L and Operations Lead Services Tech
    • Hook?Up Manager and Supervision teams

Material Coordination & Logistics

  • Fully understand Hook-Up planning requirements and scope.
  • Ensure the 7?day Look?Ahead (LAH) schedule is supported with materials prepared, bagged, and tagged.
  • Issue weekly material delivery status reports to key offshore and onshore stakeholders.
  • Maintain an accurate offshore inventory database; monitor and manage min/max stock levels.
  • Oversee stocking and replenishment of PPE, tooling, and consumables throughout the Hook-Up duration.
  • Record and track all outbound material movements, ensuring full traceability.
  • Organize and manage all shipment logistics, including cargo manifests, delivery schedules, and expediting activities.
  • Identify missing or additional materials/tooling required; liaise with onshore teams to expedite procurement and delivery.
  • Prepare back?load manifests and clearly identify redundant materials; coordinate disposition with the onshore support team.

Qualification

  • Proven experience as an Offshore Material Coordinator or similar role within offshore construction, hook?up, or commissioning campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of offshore logistics, inventory control, and materials management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast?paced offshore environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong commitment to HSE and collaborative working practices.
