Role Context
This I&E Scheduler/Planner position is suited to an individual with strong I&E scheduling experience and a practical understanding of turnaround work in a refinery and petrochemical complex environment.
About the Role
The I&E Scheduler/Planner will contribute to turnaround planning and scheduling activities by supporting field-based work definition, planning, and coordination of direct work items. The role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work with technical planning tools and operational stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Perform field walks to support the definition of work scope.
Scope out work items and develop step out activities.
Support estimating of direct work.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Prefer Petrochemical Industry Turnaround experience
Field experience of 10+ years
Primavera / P6 scheduling experience of 5+ years
Working Knowledge of P6 (Intermediate to Master scheduler knowledge)
Power BI preferred
SAP, and Microsoft Office tools knowledge
People skills, get along with others
