Job Purpose
Instrument & Control Supervisor
Coordinate offshore Brownfield, Shutdown & Hook?up Instrument & Control discipline representing the COMPANY, ensuring compliance with Safety, quality, integrity and project objectives.
Coordinate with OESS & Operation and Contractors to drive efficient Brownfields and Hook?up execution & Commissioning and deliver operational excellence during offshore execution phase.

- Onshore Instrument & Control Brownfield & Hook?up Specialist
Internal
- Frequent with Quality Lead, HSE Lead Offshore, Completion & Commissioning Lead Offshore, Qatar Shipyard construction, other maintenance from operation and PMT BF & HU support from Doha.
- Periodic contact with the NFPS Venture Group involving other Compression EPC Projects (COMP1, 2, 8A) & NFPS Shared services team to streamline the fabrication scope.
External
- Frequent contact with EPC Contractor at offshore location
- Periodic contact with Operation team (OESS/OPCO) and other related Departments and their SMEs
Qualifications
Minimum qualification(s) required:
- High national diploma
Knowledge and/or Experience
- 8 years of experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines (e.g., construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, hook?up, etc.) in the Oil & Gas Industry.
- Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy offshore execution construction companies.
- Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, Brownfield Execution & Commissioning and Hook?up, as applicable to the project scope.
- Knowledge of offshore facilities and structures, operations as applicable to a project scope.
- Knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities.
- Experience working in large?scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.
