Role Overview
- Implement maintenance design philosophies including project specifications for Instrumentation & Controls (I&C).
- Provide technical support and coordination for risk assessments, incident investigations, and conceptual studies.
- Support cost management and productivity improvement plans.
- Assist operating teams in troubleshooting complex issues and provide operations assistance during peak loads.
- Contribute to training development and delivery with technical support.
- Share best practices and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Participate in company networks to enhance personal expertise and knowledge sharing.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a closely related position.
- Behavioral Skills: adaptability, analytical capability, collaboration, effective communication.
- Functional Skills: Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) management, maintenance planning, scheduling, and management.
- Discipline appropriate certification(s) or equivalent professional experience.

- Ability to adapt to tight deadlines and heavy workloads.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Education & Experience
- Qualifications: Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in instrumentation and controls or related fields.
