INSTRUMENTATION PACKAGES ENGINEERING
Responsibilities:
Work primarily on large rotating equipment packages
Evaluate vendor offers
Participate in clarification meetings (internal/vendors/client) and reviews (HAZOP / SIL)
Follow up vendor activities and technical documentation
Integrate packages into overall plant design and coordinate with all engineering disciplines
Perform equipment testing at vendor facilities (in France or abroad)
Required skills
Mastery of major equipment installed on LNG trains
Strong knowledge of instrumentation equipment (valves, transmitters, analyzers, fire & gas, etc.) and control/safety systems
Knowledge of instrumentation integration in packages (P&ID, instrument lists and I/Os, installation constraints, functional analysis, alarm rationalization, etc.)
Mastery of applicable codes (API, IEC, ISO, etc.)
Knowledge of US standards is a plus
Autonomy, good communication, proficiency in English
Proficiency with Office Suite and Acrobat
