Job Title: Medior/Junior IT Business Analyst
Duration: Contract until December 2027

Setup: Freelance (Daily rate / Limited Company / Umbrella / Partita IVA)
Location: Remote from Europe
Day Rate: €160 per day
The client is seeking a Medior/Junior IT Business Analyst to support regulatory and digital identity initiatives within a banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders in banking to translate regulatory requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to eIDAS compliance and digital identity workflows.
- Produce detailed user stories, use cases, and process flows to support IT delivery.
- Navigate complex IT architectures to ensure requirements align with technical constraints.
- Work with project management and ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Must-Have Skills:
- Demonstrated experience engaging stakeholders in banking environments.
- Strong ability to convert regulatory requirements into functional specifications.
- Skilled in creating user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Familiarity with digital identity solutions, electronic signatures, and associated security protocols.
- Understanding of project management and ticketing tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Experience working within complex IT landscapes.
- Language fluency: Italian, Romanian or Bulgarian, and English.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Banking Digital environments.
- Solid understanding of eIDAS regulation and digital trust services.
- Technical background or exposure to architecture-level concepts.
