Role Context
The company is one of the North Sea's biggest producers, supplying around 10% of UK oil and gas needs. As a major investor in the UK energy system, the organisation is focused on delivering measurable business outcomes through both traditional and Agile project deliveries.
About the Role
The IT Change Management position involves partnering with colleagues on projects and programmes as an experienced change practitioner, driving business value and measurable outcomes while building capability across the organisation to better manage and sustain change.
Key Responsibilities
- Build or help build change management plans and manage delivery against these plans
- Build or help build change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard
- Share knowledge and create an environment where members feel motivated, engaged, connected, able to perform to high levels and to grow and develop in their roles
- Run one or more change workstreams for IT Programme and Project Managers
- Drive business value and business outcomes through measurable change management, for both traditional and Agile deliveries
- Work closely and collaborate with peers leading change across other areas of the business
- Equip the business with the skills to better manage and sustain change
