Lead Civil Engineer – Mining & Minerals (WA)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide construction methodology and sequencing advice.
- Deliver civil and structural design and analysis focused on safety and constructability.
- Review technical reports, drawings, and calculations.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and authorities.
- Assist with tenders and business development.
- Manage small–medium projects, including resources, budgets, and risks.
- Ensure compliance with standards, legislation, and internal systems.
About You
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 10–15 years’ relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and construction safety.
- Skilled in structural analysis and technical documentation.
- Able to produce practical, buildable solutions.
- Strong communicator with experience coordinating site teams and contractors.
- Proactive, hands?on engineering approach.
