Job Title: Lead Civil Manager – Onshore Wind Project

Location: Constan?a, Romania

Duration: Approx. 2 years (Full Project Lifecycle)

Start date:  April 2026

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Civil Manager to oversee the full execution of an onshore wind farm project in Constan?a, Romania. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing all civil construction activities from start to finish, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee quality of the civil work construction of wind projects on behalf of our clients.
  • Participate in Civil Walk down with contractors, review design and test documentation and document deviations, prepare documents and participate in handover of road, foundation, and hardstands.
  • Follow-up on deviations and red flags an ensure that they are closed out.
  • Support Construction Manager in the evaluation of the project schedule for completeness and accuracy.
  • Flag any concerns on safety, quality, schedule, or costs to Construction Manager.
  • Maintain activity logs with full documentation of on-site activities including preparing daily report for work performed.
  • Evaluate change orders and claim related to civil works and manage risk and opportunities together with the construction team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Civil Manager on large-scale renewable energy projects (wind).
  • Strong knowledge of civil, electrical, and mechanical aspects of wind farm construction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Constan?a for the duration of the project.
  • Fluency in English, & Romanian language

Physical & Environmental Conditions

  • Extensive walking, standing, climbing, and balancing on uneven terrain.
  • Exposure to outdoor weather, heights, confined spaces, noise, and remote locations.
  • Frequent travel to project sites.
