Responsibilities:
- Lead process engineering activities for small projects, ensuring technical quality and delivery excellence
- Review and check process design deliverables for compliance with engineering, regulatory, and safety standards
- Supervise, mentor, and support process engineers, providing clear direction and constructive feedback
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives
- Ensure process engineering work is delivered within agreed scope, schedule, and budget
- Participate in project meetings, provide progress updates, and drive continuous improvement and quality culture
Experience & qualifications:
- Recognized engineering degree with CPEng status or actively working toward chartered accreditation
- 15+ years’ process engineering experience in hydrocarbons, chemicals, or similar industries
- Experience in upstream and midstream brownfield projects; package management highly regarded
- Strong technical expertise in process engineering fundamentals with cross
?
discipline interface awareness - Proven project delivery capability, strong quality focus, and proficiency with process engineering software and MS OfficeKey business interfaces include technical teams, operations, process safety, and supply chain functions.
