Our client, a major Oil and Gas company, is looking for LEMs Coordinators to join their team on a 6-month contract in Prince Rupert, BC. This will be a rotational position with camp provided.
Key Responsibilities
- LEM Verification & Tracking: Collect, review, and approve daily/weekly LEM sheets submitted by contractors, ensuring they align with actual site work and approved rates.
- Cost Control & Reporting: Maintain accurate cost tracking for all labor hours, equipment usage, and materials, identifying any variances against the project budget.
- Contract Administration: Assist in processing invoices, reconciling service orders, and evaluating potential contractor claims or delays.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between field execution teams, project managers, and the broader supply chain or finance departments.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all contractor paperwork meets the company’s strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) standards and policies.
Ideal Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years in project administration, cost control, or site coordination, preferably in the Western Canadian oil and gas or midstream sector.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and field management software like SAP, Maximo, or document control systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, keen attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills to resolve discrepancies with contractors.
