One of our clients, a major oil and gas company has tasked us with finding a Maintenance Associate (ESP Manufacturing) to join their team in Nisku.
This is a 6 month position, working Monday to Friday with possibility of becoming a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ESP manufacturing equipment.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
- Operate an overhead crane and perform manual lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Enter monthly risk and safety reports digitally
- Support preventive maintenance programs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with senior technicians during training and gradually take on independent tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any equipment concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment and follow established procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn through hands-on training.
- Flexibility to adapt to shift changes after training period.
