Join a leading industrial maintenance team in Belgium as a Maintenance Supervisor (Foreman) where your expertise in chemical treatment systems and mechanical operations will drive efficiency and safety.
Role Overview
- Supervise a team of approximately 5 staff members.
- Plan and assign daily tasks for preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
- Conduct diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Prepare and submit maintenance reports.
Skills & Qualifications
- Chemistry: Strong understanding of chemical treatment systems.
- Mechanical Skills: Proficiency in mechanical maintenance and operations.
- Electrical Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- Hydraulic Expertise: Experience with hydraulic systems maintenance.
- Pneumatic Skills: Knowledge of pneumatic systems and their operations.
- Automation: Understanding of automation processes and technologies.
Education & Experience
- Qualifications: A2 Electromechanical degree or equivalent.
- Certifications: VCA/BA4/BA5 certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in industrial maintenance with multisite exposure.
- Languages: English and French are mandatory.
