Maintenance Technician II [C]

Airswift has been tasked by one of our major exploration and production clients to find a Maintenance Technician II to work for initially one year contract in ConocoPhillips Lower – Kenedy, TX
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday. (8 hours per day)
Job Type: W2 contract (12 months with possibility for extension)

Job Responsibilities:
• Ensures the successful ongoing operations and maintenance of facilities.
• Responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance work at production and support facilities.
• Ensures the daily work status is captured and next days schedule is reviewed and communicated with appropriate personnel.
• May communicate with service providers to ensure their availability to meet the schedule needs.
• Ensures work plans are completed in a safe and timely manner.
Required and Preferred Skills and Experience • Intermediate level, typically 3-5 years of experience.
• Provides technical/functional and/or administrative support.
• General working knowledge of specific systems, terminology and procedures used within the department.
• Performs routine tasks.
• Able to solve problems and make basic decisions.
