Key Responsibilities

  • Follow material management processes and suggest improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance material tracking
  • Coordinate workflows, support team members, and validate documentation for material movements
  • Execute investment recovery processes, including identifying, tracking, and completing material sales
  • Support logistics by assisting with receiving, storing, and staging materials
  • Coordinate with service providers to ensure adequate logistics and labor resources
  • Prepare and maintain documentation such as spreadsheets, logs, and reports
  • Support multiple storage locations and cross-train across yard and warehouse activities

Inventory & Tracking

  • Maintain inventory accuracy by tracking movements and updating SAP records
  • Perform physical counts and reconcile discrepancies across multiple locations
  • Track and reconcile inventory at third-party yards using SAP/S4 systems
  • Coordinate inventory transfers and ensure accurate system updates
  • Monitor inventory levels, material usage, and cost analysis
  • Plan and execute annual physical inventory counts
  • Ensure adherence to supply chain procedures and SOPs

Cost & Operational Support

  • Monitor and improve cost transparency (labor, trucking, rentals, equipment)
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize inventory levels and material usage
  • Support logistics and labor coordination aligned with operational demand

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Share KPIs and identify partnership opportunities
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering teams

Safety

  • Follow Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) guidelines
  • Participate in safety meetings and initiatives
  • Support site safety goals and supervise activities

Experience & Skills

  • Experience with OCTG and production equipment
  • Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail with focus on accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement
  • Proven ability to take ownership and collaborate effectively
