Location: UK
Duration: ASAP - July 2026 (potential to extend)
Responsibilities:
- Manage NEC4 contracts and ensure full compliance with contractual obligations.
- Support legal teams on NEC-related matters.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contract documents, variations, and amendments.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and legal representatives.
- Resolve contractual disputes during the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with NEC3/NEC4 Option C and E contracts
- Strong background in contract negotiation and risk identification
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
