Airswift is looking for a HSE Advisor 

Scope of work – HSE Advisor onboard the Flotel

Purpose: Support safe and compliance delivery of project execution scope during operational stage – hot platform.

1. Responsibilities

• Daily Operational / Project follow up:

  • Example:

    • Daily ops morning meetings

    • Planning meetings

    • Regular follow-up with  Vessel Reps, CC manager and  Construction supervisors.

• Participate on the planning of activities to be performed onboard the FPSO;

  • Examples:

    • HAZIDs, Planning Meetings, PTW meetings.

• Follow up on the activities being executed onboard the FPSO;

  • Examples:

    • Safety walkaround / Obs Card, PTW/JSA checks in loco, SIMOPS checks, Interface with SCE degradation/impairment mitigation and MOC (Does the degradation, impairment or MOC has any impact on the execution?)

    • Open safety conversation and stop work authority

• Followbup on incident management

  • Support on incident registering –  NOIs x  Synergi

  • Ensure incident has proper RCA based on the severity

  • Follow-up on the incidents that require RDIs to be issue to ANP.

  • Synergi QA/QC

  •  

• Interface Flotel – FPSO:

  • Follow-up on the HSE Bridging document 

  • PPE Management: Ensure a proper quantity of PPE for extraordinary needs e.g. VIP visits.

  • Support on the induction/briefing when needed e.g. VIP visits

  • Responsible for the Environmental Monitoring Project – FPSO and Flotel.

  • Support on General Safety Meetings and TOFS

  •  

• Support to general SSU scope, when needed.
