Airswift is Looking for an Operational Purchaser
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate the supply of materials and services to ensure operational continuity and support safe and efficient onshore and offshore operations;
• Execute spot purchases (non-recurrent and/or call off of frame agreements) through the procurement system (integrated with SAP);
• Provide input to Procurement representatives to support the establishment of frame agreements for recurrent or non-competitive segments;
• Establish and maintain an accurate bidder list in the procurement tool, ensuring compliance with Equinor’s guidelines;
• Manage the end-to-end Requisition-to-Pay (R2P) process, ensuring all supplier and internal requirements are fulfilled;
• Build strong interfaces with business areas and strategic procurement teams, understanding demand and proposing the best sourcing strategies;
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring delivery performance, quality, cost efficiency and compliance;
• Support the vendor creation process in SAP and ensure proper data and qualification requirements are met;
• Expedite procurement processes when required, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote efficient ways of working;
• Be available for duty on weekends, if required.
Bachelor’s degree;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities and tight deadlines;
• Strong focus on safety, sustainability, and compliance, aligned with Equinor values;
• High level of personal integrity and ethical awareness;
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and cross-functional teams;
• Proactive, curious, and continuously seeking improvements and better ways of working;
• Commercial mindset with a focus on delivering cost-effective and high-quality solutions;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese;
• SAP knowledge is considered an advantage.
