Airswift is partnering with a well-established company in the oil & gas sector in Trinidad & Tobago that is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and expand its operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high service standards
- Manage assets, equipment utilization, and logistics to maximize performance and minimize downtime
- Drive revenue growth through commercial strategies and business development initiatives
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within the oil & gas, construction, and industrial sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Oversee operational KPIs, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support pricing, tendering, and contract negotiations
Ideal Profile
- Proven experience in operations leadership within oil & gas, industrial services, logistics, or related sectors
- Strong background in business development and commercial strategy
- Solid understanding of asset/equipment management and operational performance
- Track record of delivering revenue growth and improving operational efficiency
