Role Overview
- Operations Supervision: Direct field operators for safe and efficient daily production activities.
- Permit to Work (PTW) Responsibilities: Act as Permit Control / Issuer, ensuring compliance with safety and operational requirements.
- Isolation and Inhibition Management: Prepare and authorize isolation plans, ensuring correct implementation and documentation.
- Maintenance Coordination & Handover: Collaborate with maintenance teams for safe execution of work and equipment handover.
- Support to Operations Lead: Act as backup to Operations Lead, assisting in decision-making and incident management.
- Commissioning, Start-up & SIMOPS Support: Ensure safe procedures are followed during commissioning and manage simultaneous operations.
- Unmanned Station Operations: Oversee operations at unmanned facilities, ensuring safety and compliance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Permit to Work (PTW) Systems: Strong experience in PTW systems and field supervision.
- Operational Knowledge: Expertise in oil & gas plant operations, including production and gas processing.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to supervise teams and coordinate multi-disciplinary operations.
- Safety Awareness: Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Education & Experience
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline preferred.
- Experience Required: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in oil & gas plant operations, with exposure to commissioning and start-up activities.
