About the Role
This is a Perth-based, full-time role Monday through Friday on a 6-months’ contract. Hybrid working arrangement is available once you’ve settled into the day-to-day tasks.
The Payroll Specialist will support the seamless delivery of global payroll operations by ensuring accurate, timely processing and resolving payroll queries across a diverse workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day payroll processing ensuring data accuracy
- Deliver payroll in line with monthly timelines and legislative requirements
- Support payroll activities including terminations, super reconciliation, and reporting
- Resolve payroll queries, escalating where required.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience with SAP or EC/ECP (preferred)
- Strong prioritisation, organisation, and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle high workloads independently and maintain confidentiality
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
- Effective communicator and collaborative team player
- Strong analytical capability
- Desirable: Reconciliations, complex calculations, and superannuation handling
