Position Overview

Seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide full-time secretarial and administrative support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing appointments, liaising with key contacts across various sectors, and performing general office duties. Flexibility in working hours will be required to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.

  • Identify and establish contact with relevant stakeholders across multiple sectors, including:

    • Public and government offices

    • Real estate agencies

    • Procurement and supply chain contacts

    • Other industry professionals as required

  • Conduct research to source accurate points of contact and required information.

  • Prepare, organise, and maintain documents, correspondence, and office records.

  • Provide general secretarial and administrative support, including filing, drafting letters, and handling communications.

  • Assist with travel arrangements, logistics, and other operational needs.

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Perform additional tasks as required to support day-to-day operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  •  High performance record, good English, computer literacy, office experience - and for newly graduates ( top score tier, a MA or LLM in AU or NZ, social media literacy) experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement.

  • Flexibility to work irregular or extended hours when necessary.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.

Desirable Attributes

  • Strong network or familiarity with local public offices, business sectors, or real estate contacts.

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.

  • Problem-solving orientation with a proactive approach to tasks.
