Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Petcoke Trader to lead sales and client coverage across North China. The role focuses on developing commercial relationships, executing sales and trading strategies, and identifying market opportunities within the petroleum coke value chain.

This position requires strong industry experience, deep regional market knowledge, and close collaboration with trading, logistics, and management teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and strengthen long?term client relationships across North China.
  • Execute sales and trading strategies to achieve volume, margin, and market?share objectives.
  • Identify and develop new business and market opportunities, including new customers and applications.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, manage contracts, and support deal execution.
  • Maintain close engagement with customers to understand demand trends, pricing expectations, and competitive positioning.
  • Coordinate with trading, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of sales contracts.
  • Monitor regional market dynamics, customer credit risk, and competitive landscape.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in the petroleum coke industry.
  • Strong sales track record with established customer networks in North China, particularly Shandong and surrounding regions.
  • Solid understanding of petcoke markets, product specifications, logistics, and downstream applications.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, close deals, and manage key client accounts independently.

  • Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams.
