We are looking for experienced Pillar Change Focals to support a large scale S4 HANA transformation programme. The role will focus on driving business change, user adoption, process readiness and stakeholder engagement across one of the following business pillars:

Asset Management

Projects and Wells

Hydrocarbon Management

This is not a purely technical SAP role. The ideal candidate must have strong business change experience, ERP transformation exposure and the ability to work closely with process teams, business stakeholders and change networks to support successful adoption of new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support change impact assessments for the assigned business pillar.

Work closely with business process teams, change leads and functional stakeholders to identify change impacts and define action plans.

Support the execution of change actions, business readiness activities and adoption plans.

Draft and support communication materials related to business change, process readiness and deployment.

Engage and support change agents across the business to drive alignment and adoption.

Provide weekly progress updates, risks, blockers and readiness status.

Support stakeholder engagement activities across mid to senior management levels.

Help local teams understand the impact of S4 HANA and the associated process changes.

Work with training and communication teams to support learning needs and user readiness.

Ensure change activities are documented clearly and delivered within programme timelines.

Key Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in change management, business transformation, ERP transformation or large scale digital transformation programmes.

S4 HANA experience is mandatory.

Strong understanding of ERP driven business change and system adoption.

Experience supporting business process change, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness and change impact assessment.

Strong business background with exposure to project environments, operations or process transformation.

Ability to work with senior stakeholders, process owners, technical teams and change networks.

Strong communication, presentation and documentation skills.

Able to operate in a high ambiguity environment and manage resistance to change.

Oil and gas experience is preferred, especially across asset management, projects, wells, hydrocarbon management, upstream, maintenance, operations or production environments.

Candidates from consulting, system integrators or large enterprise transformation environments may also be considered if they have strong S4 HANA and business change experience.
