Job Title: Plant Operator II

Contract Type: Initially 1-year W2 Contract subject to extension.

Overview
Airswift is seeking a Plant Operator to support ongoing operations for one of our clients in the Oil and Gas. This role will be responsible for delivering high?quality technical and operational support while ensuring compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and project objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast?paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute assigned responsibilities in accordance with project objectives and company procedures
- Support day?to?day operations, ensuring tasks are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
- Interface with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders as required
- Review, prepare, and maintain accurate technical documentation and reports
- Identify risks, issues, or improvement opportunities and escalate as appropriate
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in meetings, planning sessions, and progress reviews as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within Plant environment
- Strong understanding of applicable standards, procedures, and best practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem?solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant industry systems/tools
- Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working on large?scale operations
- Familiarity with international project environments or fast?paced work settings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
