Role Overview
The Prefab Electrical Coordinator will oversee daily electrical activities within a prefab/manufacturing workshop environment. This role is responsible for coordinating 20–30 subcontractors, ensuring efficient panel assembly and wiring, maintaining high standards of quality and productivity, and guaranteeing alignment with electrical and safety standards. The position requires strong leadership, hands?on technical oversight, and effective collaboration with operations and shopfloor teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities of 20–30 subcontractors in a prefab electrical workshop setting.
- Supervise panel assembly, panel wiring, switchgear and control panel construction.
- Monitor schedule, progress, quality and performance of assigned teams.
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards, procedures and safety guidelines.
- Interface with shopfloor, engineering and operations for smooth workflow execution.
- Provide daily reports on productivity, issues, risks and improvement points.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in industrial electricity, prefab or manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience coordinating or supervising teams in workshop/shopfloor settings.
- Strong background in electrical assembly, wiring, switchgear or panel building.
- Solid understanding of electrical standards and quality requirements.
- EU nationality required for compliance and mobility purposes.
