Role Overview
- Overall Production Management: Define, plan, and monitor operations to ensure quality, deadlines, and costs.
- Team Management & Development: Manage 5 Team Leaders and 67 employees, developing skills, motivating, and coaching them.
- Operational Quality: Ensure compliance with standards, processes, and customer requirements while monitoring non-conformities.
- Safety & Environment: Promote a strong safety culture and ensure strict adherence to HSE rules.
- Continuous Improvement (Lean): Identify areas for optimization and standardize processes to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
- Chemistry: Strong understanding of chemical processes and treatment systems.
- Mechanical & Electrical Production Management: Proven experience in managing mechanical and/or electrical production.
- Leadership: Natural leadership skills with the ability to unite teams and make informed decisions.
- KPI Management: Solid understanding of KPIs, planning, and workflows.
- Multicultural Communication: Fluent in French and professional proficiency in English.
Education & Experience
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- Experience: 8-12+ years of production leadership experience in mechanical/electrical environments.
