Role: Production Operator

Elevate Your Career as Production Operator
Contribute as a member of a multi-disciplined team, providing critical operational input to the activities of a major FPSO facility. The role operates on a 28x28 offshore rotation in the Senegal and Mauritania region.
Experience & Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in relevant systems and operations
- Advanced expertise in the field of operations, gained through experience operating and maintaining multiple assets
- Proven experience in offshore operations
- Knowledge of designing and applying isolations and General Operating Certificates (GOC), preferably with experience using eCoW systems
- In-depth understanding of operating procedures, with a focus on continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of the Operations Readiness Plan, with a focus on Control of Work (CoW) development, training, and competency
- Participate in testing operational procedures using simulators
- Deliver CoW accountabilities, working with the Production Operations Support team to develop MOCs, ORAs, Overrides, and SORAs in line with upstream Control of Work standards
- Contribute to activity planning within area of expertise
- Execute routine operations and maintenance activities to support startup of GTA assets
- Provide input into procurement of spare parts
- Implement preservation and maintenance routines for equipment handed over to operations
- Prepare process, utility, and energy isolations
- Perform integrity checks, pre-startup verifications, and process line-ups to ensure safe startup
Operational Responsibilities
- Perform operational processes in alignment with established procedures
- Carry out maintenance activities in accordance with maintenance procedures
- Execute Control of Work activities in compliance with upstream standards
- Report any emerging risks impacting safe, reliable, and compliant operations to leadership
- Conduct plant condition monitoring and basic equipment care
- Complete required training and competency assessments
