Production Technician (2–5 Years Oil & Gas Experience Required)
We are seeking a skilled Production Technician with 2–5 years of Oil and Gas experience to support field operations and ensure safe, efficient production across multiple locations. This role is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, solid troubleshooting abilities, and the ability to work independently in remote field environments.
Schedule:
• 8?hour days
• Rotating schedule: 10 days on / 3 days off, then 5 days on / 3 days off
• The rotation repeats continuously
• Work week runs Monday through Sunday
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment
• Ensure all production facilities operate in accordance with operational, environmental, and safety standards
• Assist with field operations, equipment diagnostics, and corrective actions
• Read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and P&IDs
• Maintain accurate data entry, reporting, and documentation
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure continuity and safe work practices
• Identify, report, and address equipment or process issues in a timely manner
Required Qualifications:
• 2–5 years of Oil & Gas experience (required)
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proven troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of production equipment and field operations
• Ability to interpret technical materials, diagrams, and P&IDs
• Basic computer proficiency
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between field sites
