Job Title: Production Technician
Location: Mentone, TX (Mentone Wolf Camp)
Job Type: W2 contract

Experience Required
- 5+ years of oil and gas field experience
Role Summary
- Support field operations for oil and gas production facilities
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair production equipment and facilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues
- Conduct equipment inspections and field checks
- Assist with startups, shutdowns, and production optimization
- Document maintenance activities and production data
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams
Required Qualifications
- GED or high school diploma
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of production equipment and field operations
- Ability to read technical documents, schematics, and P&IDs
- Basic computer skills for reporting and data entry
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel between field locations
