Production Technician – Night Shift (Direct-Hire Potential)
Location: Nordheim, TX (Coverage between Yorktown, Nordheim, Helena, and Gillett)
We are seeking an experienced Production Technician to support night operations for a field team in the Nordheim area. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, safety?focused, and interested in transitioning to a long?term direct opportunity in the future. Candidates will still be required to formally apply should the role convert.
Shift & Schedule:
• 12?hour shifts
• 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
• Rotation: Wednesday to Tuesday
• No travel, no offshore work
Key Responsibilities:
• Night operations support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and restarting equipment as needed
• Work with compressors, including start?ups, shut?downs, troubleshooting, and bringing units back online
• Tank level management and reporting
• Manage wellhead, cooler operations, low/high pressure systems, fuel gas, gas lift valves, downhole, and air compressor processes
• Operate and troubleshoot control valves, SKL operations, and related field equipment
• Track, log, and document all actions during the shift for handoff to the morning team
• Coordinate effectively with dispatch and prioritize issues as they arise
• Identify, report, and address operational or equipment issues appropriately
• Maintain strong time?management and communication skills
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong computer skills and ability to complete digital reporting
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
• Basic understanding of production operations, including wellhead systems, tank batteries, pressure systems, and compressor equipment

• Personal mobile phone (iPhone preferred)
• Laptop with minimum 16GB RAM and 256GB storage
• 4?gas monitor
• Flashlight
Transportation:
• Candidates may use their personal vehicle and receive IRS mileage reimbursement.
