Airswift is seeking a Project Control Analyst to work for one of our major Energy clients in Charlotte, NC for an initial 3-year contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Support projects throughout their full lifecycle, from planning and execution to completion
- Track and monitor project schedules, budgets, and funding to ensure alignment with project objectives
- Apply project controls best practices to assess progress, identify risks, and support informed decision-making
- Utilize scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project in accordance with established standards
- Analyze project data and provide clear insights to project teams and leadership
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different levels of leadership
- Adapt to changes in scope, priorities, and timelines while maintaining project integrity
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations clearly and effectively
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or project controls
- Experience working on projects and understanding end-to-end project delivery
- Knowledge of project funding, budgeting, and cost tracking
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership
