Airswift is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to work for an initial 12-month contract in Richmond, VA, with potential to extend.
Responsibilities:
- Understands and can apply knowledge of configuration management.
- Ability to perform engineering calculations using applicable software programs (e.g. Matlab, Excel, etc.).
- Planning, organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to develop and exercise leadership skills. Effective decision-making skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills (includes technical writing).

- Ability to interpret codes, regulations and practices.

- Ability to process information quickly and effectively manage multiple tasks.
- Safety committee Rep for the OSS team, and all Aconex review responsibilities.
- Consolidate all OSS documents going into workflow (to include as-built drawings)
- Advise on assigning reviewers for new workflow initiation.
- Keep up with overdue workflows/sending reminders.
- Close ALL open comment sheets related to old/finalized documents.
- Weekly updates (report).
- Call coverage roster.
- Own shared team calendar.
- Own the OSS action tracker.
- Own the OSS team SharePoint page.
- Mange Change Orders.
- Manage Budget for OSS contract Support to include contract/invoice review.
- Risk Analysis.
Semco inventory management.
- Drives key discussions/warehouse walk-throughs.
- Integrated tracking method onto external SharePoint.
- Created job aid for using tracking method.
NCRs & TQs
- Tracks existing NCR (non-conformity reports)/TQs (technical queries) progress weekly.
- Adds new NCR/TQs for our engineering team to validate weekly.
- Attends working calls to resolve NCR/TQs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an associate’s degree. Engineering degree ideal.
- Knowledge and application of engineering theories and principles, concepts, and fundamentals.
- Competency in applying engineering principles, fundamental concepts, practices and procedures requiring some evaluation, originality and/or ingenuity to achieve project objectives.
