Main Requirements
- Strong background in contract management, vessel management, and offshore operations.
- Previous experience with Flotel and commissioning projects, ideally having acted as a Client Representative.
- Experience with offshore vessels, commissioning activities, and project coordination.
- Fluent English.
Role Overview
The Flotel Project Engineer will support the readiness, execution, and close?out of a Flotel campaign. Responsibilities include:
- Managing and updating the Flotel Readiness Checklist throughout all project phases.
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders (onshore/offshore teams, vendors, PICs, HSE, Regulatory, Construction, and Commissioning).
- Participating in SIMOPS discussions and ensuring interface alignment.
- Reviewing and organizing flotel-generated documentation (daily reports, POB utilization, diesel consumption, performance data, etc.).
- Tracking PRs/POs and supporting supply chain needs.
- Supporting regulatory, HSEQ, and operational preparations.
- Leading final documentation consolidation, lessons learned, and close?out reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Offshore operational background with exposure to flotel or FPSO integrated activities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple disciplines in a dynamic offshore environment.
