Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineering Manager to lead the engineering delivery of mining capital projects for Tier 1 clients
The role focuses on DFS studies, sustaining capital works, and NPI packages, with responsibility for coordinating and overseeing multi?discipline engineering teams. This opportunity is also well suited to a Lead or Principal Mechanical Engineer looking to step into a broader engineering leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall accountability for engineering delivery across multiple projects
- Lead the engineering scope for DFS, sustaining capital, and NPI project packages
- Manage engineering schedules, deliverables, and technical quality
- Act as the primary engineering interface with:
- Clients
- Internal project managers
- Discipline leads and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with client standards, safety requirements, and engineering best practice
- Support project risk management, constructability, and value?driven engineering outcomes
