About the Opportunity
Airswift is supporting a leading global organization in hiring a Project Execution Excellence Manager to be based in Monaco. This is a strategic leadership role within a high-impact project environment, focused on driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and transformation across a complex project portfolio.
This position is ideal for professionals with strong experience in portfolio management, digital and non-digital transformation initiatives, and a proven ability to enhance execution performance within large-scale, multidisciplinary environments.
Key Responsibilities
People Management
- Understand business requirements and effectively allocate tasks across the team
- Ensure team members possess the required competencies to meet current and future business needs
- Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the functional team and wider community
Methods & Tools
- Align Project Management Office (PMO) processes and tools with broader organizational and group functions
- Define and implement activities aligned with strategic objectives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Facilitate the sharing of project learnings, incidents, best practices, and ways of working across teams
- Lead Performance Improvement Committees and excellence-focused communities
- Build strong partnerships across business units and group functions to ensure a coordinated approach
Continuous Improvement
- Lead and manage improvement initiatives related to:
- Performance incident investigations
- Cold Eye Reviews
- Performance analysis
- Organizational learning and knowledge sharing
Candidate Profile
Education
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
Experience
- Extensive experience in project management or leading teams in complex, large-scale project environments
- Strong background in strategy execution, transformation projects (digital and non-digital), and operational excellence
- Proven experience in aligning processes and tools across multiple functions
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams
