We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of technical and industrial projects. You will be responsible for managing projects from initial client engagement through to execution and close-out, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of projects, from feasibility and tendering through to delivery and handover
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Analyse client requirements and define appropriate technical and human resources
- Assess project feasibility, risks, and constraints
- Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts
- Draft and present technical and commercial proposals
- Lead project negotiations and support client-facing project reviews
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise project execution
- Oversee worksites in collaboration with site managers, team leaders, and technicians
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and contractual compliance
- Ensure effective internal coordination across engineering, workshops, QA/QC, and procurement
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment requirements
- Actively promote and apply the MASE safety management system
- Deliver HSE objectives including toolbox talks, site visits, and reporting
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in an industrial, engineering, or construction environment
