Project Manager  

Your main responsibilities:

 • Manage the complete project cycle from bidding process to project planning, testing, execution, and final handover (including after-sales support).

• Manage multiple projects at the same time and keep things on track - budget, schedule, and scope. 

• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance project margins through cost optimization and value-added services while utilizing risk management techniques to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project execution.

• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure their active involvement and support throughout projects; 

• Provide clear and timely project updates, including financial status, progress reports, and project close-out.

• Maintain proper documentation in line with company processes and standards.

• Support and guide internal team members to ensure good coordination and performance. 

• To ensure all work and tasks are carried out in accordance with the Companies QHSE policies, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 QHSE Procedures.

• Ensure all project decisions are aligned with company strategy, values, and overall business objectives.

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering/project management, preferably in the oil & gas industry. 

 • Strong project planning and management skills, with a solid understanding of performance metrics such as earned value management, cost/schedule variance, contract management, and change management. 

• Excellent technical and commercial awareness with the ability to execute tasks in an organized and accurate manner. 

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive project teams toward successful delivery. 

• Strong ownership, commitment, and accountability for assigned projects.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and collaboratively within a team.

• Proficiency in project management and financial tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, and BI reporting tools.

• Experience with metering or process skids is an advantage.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
