Overview
We are a global leader in in the field of heat transfer technology and energy recovery solutions, with close to a century of experience driving innovation in power generation, oil & gas, and geothermal markets.
As a Project Manager, you lead, coordinate and perform project tasks, work with various disciplines related to HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator), WHRU (Waste Heat Recovery Unit) or Tempered-SCR. You ensure all contractual requirements are effectively implemented, encourage teamwork within the project team, and make sure everything in the project runs smoothly.
You will be assigned to projects with a repetitive or standardized nature, and to close running projects. In these projects the project teams are small, and you are expected to hands-on support in Engineering and Supply Chain tasks. Projects you handle can also be in the Services business unit. You will be part of the project management team and will report directly to the Head of Project Management.

Key Skills & Responsibilities
Lead a team of professionals from different departments
Responsible for the progress, budget and quality of the project
Take part in discussions on design, supply and project details throughout all stages of the project
Report on the project both internally and towards the customer
Act as a point of contact for customers, to address questions and find solutions and advise accordingly
Perform hands-on tasks when needed.
Make proactive decisions to keep things moving smoothly and tackle challenges as they come.
Monitor budgets and ensure resources are used effectively and efficiently.
Candidate requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience in leading project teams
Experience in project management for industrial installations
Passionate about project work, with a strong drive for achieving results.
Taking ownership and responsibility throughout the project
Handling project challenges with a problem-solving mindset
Willingness to travel internationally several times per year.
Fluent Dutch language skills are advantageous
