Position Overview
This Project Manager IV opportunity is focused on supporting a digital programme within the mobility and convenience sector. The Project Manager IV will play a key role in turning strategic priorities into structured delivery plans while providing coordination across multiple business functions and stakeholders. Role Context
This role sits within a digital programme in the mobility and convenience sector, supporting delivery across a complex business environment. The position involves close engagement with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across a transformation-focused setting. The working environment is highly collaborative and requires coordination across multiple teams and delivery activities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day PMO activity across workstreams and stakeholders to support programme delivery.
Build and maintain integrated project plans, status updates, actions, dependencies and risk tracking.
Run governance forums, leadership meetings, roadblock reviews and regular workstream check-ins.
Ensure actions, decisions and risks are clearly documented, owned and followed through to closure.
Support retail delivery activity including rollout readiness, store technology dependencies, sales process updates and pilot support.
Create a clear and transparent programme view for leadership and business stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Program Management.
Essential:
7+ years of experience in programme or PMO delivery within complex technology, retail, transformation or downstream industry programmes.
Essential:
Strong understanding of project planning, governance, status reporting, dependency tracking and risk, action, issue management.
Essential:
Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders and maintain alignment on milestones, risks and ownership.
Essential:
Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear programme visibility to leadership and stakeholders.
Essential:
Ability to work effectively across international time zones and operate well in an environment with ambiguity.
Desirable:
Experience with sales, CRM or billing-related operational workflows.
