Job Purpose
To plan, manage, and deliver Repair Life Extension (RLE) projects for operational FSO/FPSO assets, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective execution in compliance with statutory, class, and industry requirements. The role involves leading project teams, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end execution of RLE projects for FSO/FPSO assets.
- Lead and manage the Project Management Team (PMT) to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Develop Scope of Work, project schedules, and tender documentation for RLE projects.
- Lead technical and commercial tender activities.
- Act as the main point of contact with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, class rules, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Provide technical oversight during design, installation, commissioning, and upgrade works.
- Review post-project deliverables including final documentation, punch lists, and warranty matters.
Experience

Minimum 10 years’ experience in:
- Project Management with an Asset Owner, Operator, or Manning Company handling FSO/FPSO or floating assets; OR
- Shipbuilding and vessel repair activities, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, preferably Marine or Mechanical Engineering, from a recognized institution.
- Registered with BEM or an equivalent international engineering body.
Availability
- Immediate availability or notice period of not more than one (1) month is required.
- Candidates who can start immediately will be highly preferred.
