Electrical Protection Systems Engineer

Are you passionate about power systems and protective relaying? We’re looking for an Electrical Protection Systems Engineer to join our team and support the design, configuration, and commissioning of advanced protection schemes for distribution, substation, microgrid, and industrial power systems.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and validate protective relay settings for distribution and sub-transmission applications.
- Perform system studies, including short-circuit analysis and coordination support.
- Configure and test microprocessor relays.
- Assist with Factory and Site Acceptance Testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with SCADA and controls teams for communications integration.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: B.S. in Electrical Engineering (Power emphasis) or equivalent.
- Experience: 4–8 years in power system protection or relay engineering.
- Hands-on experience with relay configuration and testing.
- Familiarity with protection coordination principles and fault current calculations.
