Support engine component MRO operations by developing repair processes, driving technical excellence, and ensuring compliance with OEM and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and qualify new repair processes, create work instructions, and support tooling/fixture design for aero-engine components.
- Provide technical leadership to production, including inspections, process improvements, and ensuring compliance with OEM and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, support new machine/process qualifications, and enhance repair efficiency and yield.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in aerospace repair and overhaul (MRO) environment.
- Knowledge of repair processes such as welding (TIG/EBW), thermal spray, heat treatment, brazing, machining, and related techniques is advantageous.
- Strong team player with a proactive, motivated approach to working in cross-functional environments.
