? Sales Operations / Administrative Executive
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support sales operations and order management across regional markets. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth order processing, accurate data management, and strong coordination between internal teams and external partners.
? Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing and customer data in CRM/ERP systems
- Coordinate with sales, supply chain, finance, and external partners to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and track order status
- Support reporting, documentation, and overall operations
- Coordinate meetings, events, business communications and travel bookings
- Act as a key point of contact for customer and distributor queries
? Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, or customer service in life sciences or healthcare industry preferred
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, Order-to-Cash processes and Order Management system
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
