About the Role
The Senior IT Operations Manager will hold end-to-end accountability for IT operations across the portfolio, helping ensure business continuity while supporting the transformation towards a more automated and data-driven operating model. Senior IT Operations Manager will also contribute to service lifecycle management, budget ownership, and the delivery of value to the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead IT operations across the trading portfolio and ensure services remain secure, resilient, and cost-effective.
Own the IT operating plan, budget, and service lifecycle.
Drive the transformation towards an automated, data-driven operating model.
Hold service providers to clear outcome-based performance.
Lead operational readiness for new demand, changes, and projects impacting the portfolio.
Analyse business functional and non-functional requirements and agree for operate.
Responsible for Information Risk Management and IT Controls compliance.
Accountable for IDT General Controls and ensuring controls are in place.
Drive the transformation Goals and Objectives within the team.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Senior IT Operations Manager experience in a fast-paced and volatile market.
Experience across critical application and infrastructure services, including Endur.
Software Configuration Management - Mastery

Software Design - Mastery
