About the Role
A 12-months contract position with the possibility to be absorbed as permanent staff for an independent oil and gas operator based nearby Brisbane CBD.
The role supports the Operations function by delivering professional, efficient administrative services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive administrative support to the Downstream Operations leadership team.
- Manage diaries, meetings, travel, events, site visits, and office tours.
- Prepare and coordinate presentations, reports, and business documentation.
- Handle onboarding for employees and contractors, including systems access, IDs, and inductions.
- Process expenses, SAP requisitions, records, and maintain office facilities and supplies.
- Support receptionist coverage, incident management (Historian), and office-wide activities
Experience & Qualifications
Required
- Adaptable and effective in a fast

paced environment. - Demonstrates strong HSE ownership and accountability.
- Works independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in teams.
- Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills.
- Builds effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Preferred
- Good knowledge of HSE Management System policies and procedures.
- Good understanding of operations and maintenance Business processes.
