Role Overview
- Selection of methods and procedures for process engineering.
- Performance of work and optimization of design within specifications.
- Proactive planning and completion of activities and deliverables within agreed time frame and budget.
- Ensuring system interfaces are maintained effectively.
- Delivering Scope of Work in accordance with contractual and internal requirements.
- Utilizing lessons learned to understand change impacts across project boundaries.
- Coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and third parties as per contractual obligations.
- Acting as Package Engineer with technical responsibility for design, procurement, and manufacture.
- Leading engineers on assigned scope of work.
- Potentially acting as Discipline Lead for specific projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- Process Engineering: Proven expertise in process engineering within the oil and gas sector.
- FPSO Knowledge: Familiarity with Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) systems.
- Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of international codes, company standards, and industry regulations.
- Project Management: Strong skills in planning, budgeting, and delivering projects on time.
- Technical Coordination: Ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders including vendors and subcontractors.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in leading engineering teams and managing scopes of work.
Education & Experience
- Education: Engineer Diploma in a relevant discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years in the oil & gas industry.
