We are currently assisting a global leader in aircraft parts’ Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) services to look for a Senior Product Engineer to provide engineering and technical support to MRO operations by developing work instructions, enhancing repair capabilities, and ensuring compliance with OEM and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and update work instructions, routings, and BOMs based on OEM data while supporting ERP system integration and technical database management.
Provide technical support to production, customer support, and sales teams, including troubleshooting, concessions with OEMs, and resolving operational issues.
Drive process improvements, new capability development, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and turnaround time.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering with at least 5 years’ experience in aviation or MRO environment.
Strong knowledge of OEM's component maintenance manuals (CMM), aviation regulations, engineering drawings, and ERP systems; landing gear or overhaul experience is an advantage.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken) and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
