We’re looking for a Senior Project Engineer to play a key role in the successful execution of complex projects. With extensive experience, you will oversee and coordinate all technical and administrative project activities, ensuring project objectives are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive performance, mitigate risks, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and management of project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.

  • Oversee coordination between engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure all project requirements are met.

  • Conduct and supervise advanced technical evaluations, risk assessments, and feasibility studies to support informed decision-making.

  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, implementing corrective actions to meet project milestones.

  • Review technical documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

  • Act as a key liaison with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the project engineering team, fostering continuous improvement and technical excellence.

  • Support the development of junior engineers and contribute to team capability building.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project engineering, preferably within the oil and gas industry.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

  • Strong analytical and technical expertise.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Effective time management and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.

  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
