Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Project Procurement and Contracting Plan, covering materials, equipment, and third-party services.
- Oversee all supply chain functions: procurement, subcontracts, logistics, material management, and supplier quality surveillance (SQS).
- Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements, including sustainability and local content obligations.
- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary supply chain team (SQS, Subcontracts, Procurement, Logistics & Material Management).
Requirements:
- Experience overseeing procurement, subcontracts, logistics, and material management
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing and procurement plans
- Knowledge of EU procurement and regulatory standards
- Experience with ERP or project systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Aconex
